Welcome to our charming stone house with 2 apartments in Saint-Capraise-de-Lalinde, at the heart of Périgord. Our 55 m² holiday home comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests.



You’ll have 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with 2 singles), a bathroom with shower, a living room with sofa, TV, and dining area. The private kitchen is fully equipped: oven, hob, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, and dishwasher. Enjoy private Wi-Fi and access to a shared washer/dryer in the communal laundry room.



Exceptional location: right on the canal, on the Voie Verte V91. Relax in the shared landscaped garden or stroll along the water. Bicycles are available free of charge.



Everything in the village is within walking distance: mini-market, bakery, restaurant just a few meters away, post office, event hall, EV charging stations. Coworking space right next door.



Check-in from 4 pm – Check-out before 11 am. Non-smoking accommodation. Please respect shared spaces. We live on-site in a separate unit.



Pets allowed (max 2). Parties not permitted. Free public parking nearby. Entrance and laundry are shared. Bedrooms are on a mezzanine (mind your head at the top of the stairs). The house is near a main road.



Nearby: shops and Lalinde market. 20 min: Bergerac vineyards. Activities: walks and cycling on the Voie Verte, canoeing, paddleboarding, wine tasting, and medieval villages of Périgord.
