Located in the peaceful seaside resort of Plouescat, Brittany, this 60 sqm apartment on the upper floor of a quiet house accommodates up to 6 guests. You will find 2 comfortable bedrooms plus bunk beds with 2 additional sleeping spaces suitable for children, and 1 bathroom. The fully equipped private kitchen and living area provide everything you need during your stay. Amenities include a private TV, private grill, private highchair, baby bed, and childcare facilities.



Step outside to enjoy your private balcony overlooking the shared garden with table and grill, perfect for families with children and pets. The property features a shared playground, shared tennis court, and shared toys and books for children. A small above-ground pool is available to refresh yourself when requested from the owners.



Shared parking is available at the property. Pets are welcome upon request. Events are not allowed on the property.



You will be close to Kernic Bay and just 5 minutes from the village center. Plouescat offers remarkable heritage sites with numerous activities and entertainment throughout the year. Porsmeur Beach is one of the few local beaches offering various services while maintaining its natural character with respected sand dunes. Located at the entrance of Kernic Bay, this vast ornithological reserve is ideal for practicing all water sports. The area provides excellent opportunities for trails, hiking, mountain biking, cycling, horseback riding, and water activities.

Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und der Aufenthalt sehr angenehm. Die Wohnung war sehr hübsch und vollkommen ausreichend. Einziges Manko, kein WLAN.Der Hund des Vermieters hat sich sehr gut mit unserem Hund verstanden.

Wir haben eine sehr schöne, saubere Ferienwohnung vorgefunden. Die Gastgeber, welche im EG wohnen, waren sehr freundlich. Sie haben uns auch frisches Gemüse aus ihrem Garten geschenkt. Auch die Verständigung hat in englisch gut geklappt. Der Gartenbereich ist abgetrennt und steht den Gästen alleine zur Verfügung. Wir können die Wohnung mit gutem Gewissen weiter empfehlen.
