The Bettmeralp lies high above the Rhone Valley on the Great Aletsch Glacier at 1,970 m above sea level, with views of the four-thousanders of the Valais Alps, including the Weisshorn, Dom, and Matterhorn. Hiking, skiing, tobogganing, mountain biking, paragliding, and climbing independent of the season this wonderful place offers everything that outdoor joy can bring.

Alpenhaus: The Alpenhaus is located at the lower edge of Bettmeralp. Despite the tranquil setting, the gondola lines, ski lifts, and the village center are reachable on foot in about 10 minutes. The house features a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, as well as a ski/snowboard room with boot warmer. The balconies face south and offer views of the opposite mountains up to the Walliser Alps. In winter, the house is directly reachable with skis after a day on the slopes; the expansive meadow surrounding it invites exploration and sunbathing in summer, and igloo-building in winter.

Living space: The cozy studio accommodates 2–3 adults. The living area was extensively renovated in 2025. The open-plan living and dining area is bright and modern; the generous window front provides a fantastic view of the mountains all year round. The living space features a large double bed with ample storage from surrounding wardrobes and a sofa bed. It is equipped with a high-quality cold-sprung mattress in 80 × 190 cm. A large television and Wi‑Fi are part of the modern amenities, as are games and a fondue set for cozy winter evenings. The balcony invites you to enjoy the mountain panorama and nature at any time.
