This noble accommodation has just been refurbished and offers great facilities for up to 4 guests.



After entering the apartment via the hallway, you come directly into a large and inviting living room, which includes, among other things, a small workplace. This allows business travelers to also work from home. A sofa bed (140 cm x 200 cm) invites you to a social gathering or a cozy games/TV evening - possibly with on the 55 inch Smart TV (Netflix only with your own account).



The fully equipped kitchen with an inviting dining area for 4 people is accessible via the hallway attached to the living room. It contains a stove, an oven, a dishwasher and a large refrigerator and freezer. Salt, pepper, sugar, olive oil, vinegar and appropriate cooking utensils are available and invite you to cook. In the kitchen you can also start the day with a delicious NESPRESSO coffee and enjoy all the nice amenities of this great apartment. From us you will be offered a selection of coffee capsules and additionally alternatively a selection of tea.



Furthermore, the hallway leads to the bathroom as well as the bedroom. The bathroom contains towels as well as a hairdryer and care products such as sensitive liquid soap, shampoo, shower gel and body lotion. In addition, there is a washing machine with washing powder, so washing clothes is also possible.

The bedroom has a cozy king size box spring bed (180 cm x 200 cm), a Smart TV (Netflix only with your own account), storage for clothes and a small reading corner. Both the bedroom and the living room can be completely darkened via roller blinds for a pleasant sleeping atmosphere.



The apartment is on the 2nd floor and is available for sole use. It is accessible via a staircase in a modern and well-lit stairwell. Via Smart Lock a 24 h check-in is possible. More detailed information regarding the check-in will be given with the booking confirmation.

The apartment is located in a quiet side street directly in the heart of Deggendorf. The city center with many stores and restaurants is directly nearby. In a few minutes by car you are directly in the countryside. Also on the highway A3 and A92 you are in a few minutes.



Within 5 minutes you can reach everything you need for daily life!

Restaurants, bakery, snack bar,Supermarket (Aldi, Rewe, Nahkauf, Edeka) banks, drugstore (Müller) gas station and much more in the immediate vicinity.



We provide high quality bed linen and towels. You can also expect a welcome set with delicious NESPRESSO coffee and tea and other little things :)
