Welcome to this bright and spacious loft, which offers plenty of room for relaxation and comfort with approximately 124 m² of living space. This stylish 4-room vacation apartment on the first floor is ideal for up to five people—whether for a relaxing vacation or a productive workation.

The heart of the apartment is the spacious, open-concept living and dining area with a ceiling height of 2.75 m and large windows that let in plenty of light and create a pleasant atmosphere. From here, you can step out onto the covered balcony, which offers a side view of the fjord, the historic town hall, and—in the distance—the Submarine Memorial—a wonderful place to wind down at the end of the day.

There are two desk areas available for working, supported by a high-speed fiber-optic internet connection. A modern built-in kitchen, a storage room, and a guest restroom round out the living area.

The apartment has three bedrooms: two with comfortable double beds and one with a single bed. All rooms are equipped with wardrobes and dressers, so you can make yourself right at home. Of particular note is the large bedroom with a charming bay window that invites you to linger—ideal for a quick break or focused work with a view of the fjord.

A parking space in the underground garage is available for your use. Please note that larger vehicles, such as vans, may need to park outside. Alternatively, an additional parking space can be rented for a fee, subject to availability.
