Please note that there is no lift in the building, so stairs are required to reach the apartment.

The studio was fully renovated in August 2025, giving it a fresh and contemporary character throughout.

The open-plan studio combines living and sleeping areas in a thoughtful layout. A comfortable sofa-bed serves as both seating and sleeping solution, providing flexibility and convenience. The kitchenette is equipped with electric stovetops, basic cookware, and everything you need to prepare simple meals.
