Enjoy a stylish experience in this centrally located accommodation. The exclusive penthouse is situated in the heart of Rostock's city center and offers urban living at the highest level. You will be impressed by the spacious rooftop terrace and your own parking space in the underground garage. Whether for business stays or relaxing getaways – this penthouse is a retreat in the middle of the vibrant city.
The penthouse features two separate bedrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed (160 cm wide). In the second bedroom, the two single beds (each 90 cm wide) can be combined to create a double bed with a width of 180 cm. Both bedrooms are equipped with a desk or workspace where you can work undisturbed. The second bedroom also has a TV. In the living room, if there are more than four guests, a comfortable air mattress (155 cm wide) can be provided.
