The Ty Cath house is a new, very pleasant and functional home, located on a quiet street just 100 metres from the sea. Shops and restaurants in the village centre are within walking distance. The fully equipped kitchen is open to the living room, which gives you access to the terrace through a large sliding glass door. The bathroom is spacious. The garage and utility room are very practical for storing bicycles or water sports equipment.



The house consists of:

- A fully equipped kitchen

- A dining room with access to the terrace

- A living room with television

- A bedroom with two single beds (can be joined together)

- A bedroom with a double bed

- A bathroom with shower and sink

La location en elle-même est très agréable et propre et conforme aux descriptifs.Mais, depuis 2022 baignade interdite sur les plages de Guisseny.De plus, à marée basse, il n'y a pas une goutte d'eau dans la baie.Sinon, la location est au numéro 3 et pas au 4 comme lu sur l'annonce.Bref très belle location mais prevoir de prendre la voiture pour trouver une plage avec baignade possible et surveillée
