Our holiday homes are located directly on the shore of Lake Goitzsche – centrally in the village of Pouch and yet quiet, with no through traffic. The location is ideal for long walks, varied cycling tours or various water sports.



The newly built, modern semi-detached house (2025) with a large garden is situated by one of Germany’s most beautiful lakes, separated from the lake shore only by a foot and cycle path. The architect-designed house offers a unique living experience: a light-flooded living area with a striking six-metre-high exposed concrete wall awaits you. An open staircase connects the living areas with the stylish bedrooms upstairs. From the gallery, you enjoy a fascinating view over the open living area, the garden and the lake. The open living room with dining area and kitchen is on the ground floor. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms and a large, modern bathroom with freestanding tub and walk-in shower. On the cosy gallery, a comfortable sofa bed offers space for up to two more people. The fully equipped kitchen and the spacious south-facing sun terrace with lake view complete the offer.



Do you need a third bedroom or wish to accommodate up to 8 people? Book the additional Apartment 8a, which is on the ground floor and can easily be connected to the house.



Free parking is available directly at the house. Wi-Fi, bed linen as well as hand and bath towels are included. A supermarket with bakery is within walking distance and ideal for your daily needs.



On the property, there is a free parking space for boats, which can be launched into the water via the public slipway about 100 metres away.
