Our 100-square-meter, fully renovated, detached single-family home is located on a 900-square-meter lot in the village of Rysum in the municipality of Krummhörn and can accommodate up to 4 people. In addition to gas heating, the dining room features a pellet stove that provides cozy warmth throughout the house on colder days. The three bedrooms, along with a bathroom featuring a toilet and bathtub, are located on the upper floor. One bedroom with a double bed is equipped with a smart TV. A second flat-screen TV is located in the living room downstairs. Here you’ll also find the separate kitchen with floor-to-ceiling windows, the dining room, and a second bathroom with a toilet and shower. Outside, there is a covered terrace and an open terrace. Sturdy patio furniture and a grill await you there. An outbuilding with a wood-burning stove, as well as a garage for storing your bicycles and e-bikes, are also at your disposal. The large garden offers plenty of space for playing and sunbathing. Vehicles can be parked directly on a private parking area next to the house. Bed linens and towels (initial supply) are already included in the rental price. The visitor’s tax for the municipality of Krummhörn must be paid in cash upon arrival.
