Gite 2 - Lopéau Holiday Homes with Pool and Spa

From our two independent holiday homes, one accommodating up to 8 people and the other up to 6 people, you can easily reach Quimper, the capital of Cornouaille, in 15 minutes, as well as the beaches of the Douarnenez bay.



Just a few minutes from Locronan, ranked among the most beautiful villages in France, you will find many sports and cultural activities available to you.



After your days of exploring, you can enjoy the covered pool and the spa in a peaceful and green setting, ideal for a relaxing stay.



On the ground floor, the open-plan kitchen is fully equipped: hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, large table, and chairs.



The living and dining area offers a television, a large sofa, and comfortable leather armchairs.



Internet access is available via Wi-Fi.



The laundry room is equipped with an iron and ironing board, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, and a drying rack.



Upstairs, there are four bedrooms: two with a 140 cm double bed and a desk, and two others each with two 90 cm single beds.



There are also two bathrooms, each with a shower, washbasin, and toilet.



On request, a baby cot and a high chair can be provided.



The rental includes a private enclosed garden and a terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue.



You will also benefit from shared facilities: swing, access to the covered and heated pool from May to September, and to the spa all year round from 9 am to 9 pm.
