Holiday Home 'Rosenuferhaus' with Sea View, Private Terrace and Wi-Fi

Situated directly on the banks of the Schlei, the Rosenuferhaus welcomes you with a spacious garden framed by roses and lilac hedges. You enjoy a sweeping view over the water to the southwest, reaching as far as the island of Kieholm. In the sheltered corners of the garden, you can relax and soak up the sun—loungers, wicker chairs, and benches invite you to unwind depending on the position of the sun.



Inside, the combination of high ceilings and large windows creates a bright, airy atmosphere. The interior is Scandinavian in style, featuring white, beige, and grey tones, complemented by handcrafted joinery made of warm wood. This results in a harmonious blend of clean lines and natural comfort.



Three bedrooms are available: two with comfortable double beds, and one with two single beds made of solid beech wood. The living room offers a cosy sofa area and a large dining table with comfortable chairs—perfect for sociable evenings, good food, and long conversations.



The spacious bathroom features a double washbasin made of natural stone, a whirlpool, sauna, and a shower with maritime porthole windows. Thoughtful lighting is provided for book lovers, and technology enthusiasts will appreciate two flat-screen TVs, a DVD player, and high-speed internet. An information folder provides excursion tips for the region. Bicycles, paddles or golf bags can be stored in the small annex.



The Rosenuferhaus combines a natural setting, stylish design, and high comfort—ideal for relaxing days by the water at any time of year.



A weekly basic consumption of electricity and water is included in the rental price. Any additional usage will be charged based on meter readings at arrival and departure.
