Fantastic location with sea views in Lysekil on the west coast

This recently (2025) renovated large holiday home on the west coast extends over three floors and offers a view of the sea and Fiskebäckskil.



The house is located in the centre of Lysekil and has three balconies facing different directions, a large plot with a lawn and a driveway with space for several cars. The top balcony offers pure sunshine from sunrise to sunset.



Lysekil offers a vibrant nightlife and a wide selection of restaurants and shops during the summer.

Throughout the summer, you can buy fresh lobster and prawns directly at the quayside.



If you are interested in diving and thinking about a diving licence, one of the best diving spots in Sweden is located here in the city.



On the upper floor, there is a large bedroom and two wardrobes as well as a living room with a sofa bed. The shower is located on the middle floor, and on the ground floor there is a large bedroom with a separate shower.

On each floor, there is a toilet. There are beds for eight people plus three additional mattresses.



Wi-Fi over fibre optic is included.
