The Dünenkoje App. 205 vacation rental is a compact 1-room apartment measuring 30 m² on the 2nd floor of a building with an elevator—ideal for two people who appreciate short distances and a central location. You’ll be staying at Andreas-Dirks-Str. 5 in Westerland on Sylt, right in the heart of town and by the sea: The beach and the sea are each just 100 m away,

The living and sleeping area is designed as an open, clearly structured space and features a sofa and TV. A dining table completes the space for meals or relaxed evenings. The open kitchen opens onto the living room and is practically equipped: a ceramic cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, and a Nespresso espresso machine, plus a toaster and electric kettle.

The bathroom features a shower, toilet, sink, and mirror. A hair dryer is also provided. For longer stays, a washing machine and dryer are available for shared use for a fee. The balcony is furnished with patio furniture and offers a pleasant spot to enjoy the fresh air. A beach chair on the balcony is included and adds a touch of comfort to your day at the beach.

On the third floor, we rent out the “Strandmuschel” vacation apartment.

One pet is allowed upon prior notice and for a fee (€10 per night per pet).

The vacation rental participates in the Sylt Go Mobility partner program, which means you’ll receive free bus tickets. You can use these to travel throughout the entire island during your stay.
