It seamlessly connects to a functional kitchenette, equipped with everything needed to freely prepare meals: an electric hob, an oven with a microwave function, a dishwasher, and a large refrigerator. Coffee lovers will appreciate the capsule coffee maker and milk frother.
The separate bedroom is a true oasis of calm. A comfortable, double bed (160 cm) awaits, guaranteeing a deep sleep. The bedroom also features a dedicated workspace – a comfortable desk with a chair. Importantly, you can access the large, furnished balcony from both the bedroom and the living room. It’s a wonderful place to start the day with an aromatic coffee or to relax peacefully after a day full of impressions.

The apartment is located in a quiet, modern estate in Green Ursynów. It is an ideal combination of peace and proximity to nature with excellent access to the city's key points. The area is quiet, well-maintained, and dominated by new residential buildings. Daily needs can be met at a grocery store located in the same building. The area is conducive to recreation: just 1 km away is the charming Imielińskie Lake, perfect for walks, and a little further (approx. 1.5 km) is the historic Służewiec Horse Racing Track. Active leisure enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity of the Kabacki Forest (approx. 3.3 km) – a huge forest complex with numerous hiking and biking trails.
The location is perfectly connected. There are bus stops right next to the building, providing efficient access to the Stokłosy Metro (M1) station, located about 1.2 km away. Thanks to the metro, reaching the very center of Warsaw and other city districts is fast and convenient. A huge advantage is the extremely close proximity to Chopin Airport, which can be reached in just a dozen or so minutes.
