On the ground floor, the house offers 60 m² of living space in a pleasant and peaceful setting, tastefully furnished, very clean and carefully equipped. Provençal decoration, fireplace in the living room, TV, DVD player, kitchen area, two bedrooms:

- Bedroom 1 with a 160x200 bed

- Bedroom 2 with two 90x190 beds

- Shower room, separate WC.



Shaded terrace, barbecue, garden furniture, sun loungers for reading, napping, or enjoying the sound of cicadas.



Partially enclosed 600 m² garden with olive and cherry trees. Enclosed garage.



The house is located near the village, without disturbances, with a view of the upper village and Mont Ventoux.



50 meters from the house, you will find a large heated saltwater pool (7 x 14 m) with sun loungers, ideal for relaxing or resting in a charming setting.



Lawn, pines, olive trees, lavender... from where you can admire Mont Ventoux and the village of Crillon-le-Brave.



The pool is fenced and access is secured.



Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday.



Electricity is at your expense beyond a consumption of 8 kWh per day (meter reading).



Included: bed linen, towels, pool towels, tea towels, end-of-stay cleaning.



Private pétanque court 20 meters from the house (boules provided).



In the village, you will find an organic bakery, several restaurants, a spa, a small farmers' market on Saturday morning. A supermarket is 2 km away with charging stations for electric cars.
