Welcome to our charming mountain house, a cozy retreat located in the peaceful village of Garin, nestled above the Peyresourde Pass at the heart of the Pyrenees. Enjoy the warm atmosphere, authentic character, and multiple relaxation areas. The house features a private courtyard with parking and a carport right at the entrance. A covered patio with a festive touch is perfect for friendly meals on the plancha, leading to a small enclosed garden. The living room has a stone fireplace, ideal for relaxing evenings after a day of skiing or hiking. Just 10 minutes from the Peyragudes and Bagnères-de-Luchon resorts and 20 minutes from the spa center, the house is a great base to explore lakes, trails, and local restaurants, including the famous Lac d’Oô. The accommodation includes private parking in the courtyard with a carport, a covered patio with plancha and lounge area, and a fenced garden to enjoy the outdoors. On the ground floor, you’ll find an entrance with storage under the stairs, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, and a cozy living room with a stone fireplace. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, including a master suite with private bathroom, an independent shower room with bidet, and separate toilets. The second floor offers a fourth cozy bedroom, perfect for children or friends, and a half-level laundry room with washer and dryer. Bed linen and bath towels are not included in the rental. Pets are welcome on the ground floor only; access to bedrooms and upper floors is not allowed for hygiene reasons.
