Located in Pabu, Côtes d'Armor, Ti Harmoniel is a spacious 180 m² holiday home that comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. You will find 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. The house features air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, dryer, and a dedicated workspace for your comfort. A baby cot is available on request, and a wood stove creates a cozy atmosphere for winter evenings.



Enjoy the private garden and open terrace, perfect for relaxing or dining outdoors with your own barbecue. The highlight outside is the private hot tub, ideal for unwinding after a day exploring the Breton coast. The property is set in a very quiet neighborhood, perfect for rest.



Shared on-site parking for 4 vehicles is available, with public spaces nearby. A communal pool table and bar are located on the mezzanine level. Please note that parties are not allowed.



Bed linen, towels, water, and electricity are included. The house is ideally located just minutes from the Guingamp train station and city center, making it a great base for exploring Brittany while enjoying the peace of this welcoming home.

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine à découvrir la région. Notre hôtesse Françoise a été super, elle nous a accueilli très généreusement. Maison très agréable, confortable, très complète, très bien située et quartier très calme. Jacuzzi top. Merci Françoise pour notre séjour.

Genial

Nous avons passé un séjour super ! Proche de tt lieu ( alimentation, lieu de visite …) dans une maison où il fait bon vivre . Comme chez soi elle est très bien équipée. Nous avons eu plaisir à rester sur place et profiter de cette belle maison chaleureuse autant qu’à visiter les alentours. Francoise est une très belle personne toujours présente en cas de besoin et très accueillante .

Charmante maison et idéalement très bien située.

Nous avons passés une agréable semaine chez Françoise. La maison est très agréable et très bien située pour faire de multiples balades. On se sent comme chez nous. Avec un joli petit cadeau de bien venu qui fait plaisir.

Top... super séjour.

Propriétaire au top. Maison charmante où il fait bon séjourner. Le Spa a été une super activité pour les enfants et idéal pour le repos des parents. Tobbogan, barbecue, terrasse, billard... il y a tout pour être à l'aise et s'occuper. Merci Françoise !

Le gîte est exceptionnel, l accueil de notre hôtesse était plus qu exceptionnel, à recommander

Le gîte est très bien situé et nous a permis de visiter énormément d endroits. Les conseils prodigués par notre hôtesse étaient plus que judicieux, nos avons passé grâce à elle des vacances sublimes
