In the centre of Oostende, 50 m from the sea, 50 m from the beach, road to cross, on the golf course, north-west facing position. In the house: lift, storage room for bicycles. Roofed, parking space n G01104. Supermarket 850 m, restaurant 450 m, tram "Oostende Renbaan" 100 m, bus stop "De Lijn" 100 m, railway station "NMBS Oostende" 2.8 km, sandy beach "oostende" 50 m. Golf course (5 hole) 10 m, surf school 60 m, sports centre 1 km. Nearby attractions: Wellington Racecourse 450 m, Kinepolis 300 m, Wellington golf 1 km, Zwembad Brigitte Becue 800 m, Diaz arena 1 km, Kursaal Oostende 1.8 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome.
