The living room includes a TV, and underfloor heating with air-to-water heat pump ensures year-round comfort.

A glazed veranda and a sunny terrace opening towards the lake invite you to enjoy your stay in any season. The villa is surrounded by natural forest, offering both privacy and tranquility.
