Adventurers can indulge themselves on the nearby fitness trail,which offers a fun and sporty challenge for both beginners and advanced skiers. The impressive ski jump course in Oberhof, just 11 kilometres away, is also worth a visit. Here you can not only experience top sport up close, but also enjoy the beautiful views over the region.

Fans of mountain hiking are fully satisfied on the Großer Beerberg, the highest mountain in Thuringia, located just 23 kilometres from the house. The well-marked hiking trails lead you past dense forests, vast plateaus and breathtaking views
