The second floor houses three tastefully furnished bedrooms, a small living room with a second, open kitchen, as well as the large living room with a fireplace, which promises pure moments of well-being. Here you will also find the sauna and direct access to the idyllic garden.
Another open corridor on the upper floor invites shared gaming sessions and convivial moments. In this storey, additional bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms are located, offering the highest comfort and guaranteeing privacy.

Shopping opportunities are conveniently accessible on foot within a few minutes. The (ski) bus stop is located only about 350 metres from the house. In 10 minutes, you will reach the valley station of the mountain railways as well as the Scuol-Tarasp railway station; the use of the ski bus is included in the ski ticket during the winter. Two garage parking spaces directly by the house perfectly round off the exclusive offer.
In summer as in winter, the surroundings invite you to small and large walks in the unique natural and cultural landscape of the Lower Engadine, which begins directly in front of the house door.
