Enjoy 2 private patios and gardens: one facing south, perfect for sunny winter days, and another facing north, ideal for summer evenings. The private outdoor pool is available only in July and August.

The house is just steps from the beach, in a wonderful residential area of Sanlúcar de Barrameda. It’s close to the shopping area, with supermarkets open daily, pharmacy, cafés, and restaurants all within walking distance.
