The Klosterberg Room takes its name from the Wiltinger Klosterberg vineyard. From the east-facing window, the view sweeps across the vineyards of the famous Saar wine village of Wiltingen. The room features clean-lined architecture and thoughtfully designed furnishings—created by Max Dudler. The pointed shape of the roof is visible from the inside. The terrazzo staircase in the coach house, along with the cherry wood floors and furniture, create a connection to the manor house, which features the same materials in its interior design.
The spacious room, with its very comfortable beds and cozy seating area, invites you to linger. The bathroom features a shower and toilet.



Set against the backdrop of its centuries-old cultural and intellectual history, restored in accordance with preservation guidelines and modernized with the addition of a coach house and orangery designed by architect Max Dudler, Gut Cantzheim presents a unique program of literature, music, and wine culture. Always accompanied by the unmistakable Saar Riesling from the famous steep slate slopes, Cantzheim stands for upscale, family-style hospitality.

At the Cantzheim guesthouse, four unique, high-end rooms and one suite await you. An elegant ambiance within the lovingly restored walls of the manor house dating back to 1740—modern, minimalist sophistication in the coach house, newly designed by architect Max Dudler in 2016, just a few steps from the manor house.
Snuggle up in the historic attic of the manor house—the Hörecker and Sonnenberg rooms await you with modern interiors, high-quality, contemporary bathrooms, and air conditioning.

The Altenberg Suite spoils you with plenty of space and upscale amenities. A dressing room and a spacious bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and toilet are at your disposal.
Two rooms in the newly built coach house, named after the Klosterberg and Kupp vineyards, await you with thoughtful design and a minimalist aesthetic: Stay in the architect’s world of ideas.
Since summer 2022, we’ve also been welcoming guests at our second location in Cantzheim.Dorf, about a 4-minute walk from Gut Cantzheim. Treat yourself to a short getaway in one of our three vacation apartments or our Schloßberg vacation home, and enjoy the beautiful river and vineyard landscape surrounding you.

On-site costs: On weekends, the guesthouse generally requires a minimum stay of 2 nights; on weekends that include holidays or long weekends, a minimum stay of 3 nights applies.
