This comfortable, spacious two-story holiday home boasts a private, fenced property and private access to a swimming pool, sauna, and hot tub. On the ground floor, there's a spacious living room (with a TV and a sofa bed), a well-equipped kitchen (including an oven, dishwasher, washing machine, and coffee maker) with a dining area (with a large table), two bedrooms (one with a TV and a fireplace), and a bathroom with a shower. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms: the first is large with a double bed, a sofa bed, and a separate recreation and lounge area with a games console (plus an additional sleeping alcove with two single beds). The second bedroom is smaller with two single beds. There's also a second bathroom upstairs, this time with a bathtub. Central heating (gas) + fireplace in the ground-floor bedroom (with heat distribution to other rooms). Underfloor heating in both bathrooms. Wireless internet is available.
The spacious, well-maintained, and fenced grounds (for exclusive use by guests) feature a summer swimming pool (open from May 15th to October 15th, unheated), a sauna (additional fee of PLN 500/week), a hot tub (additional fee of PLN 500/week), and a garden gazebo with a barbecue. A major attraction is the private ropes course (3 harnesses available, included in the price). There is also a small playground and parking. Guests have access to two bicycles and Nordic walking poles.
The price includes: water, bed linen, towels, internet, parking, summer swimming pool (open from May 15th to October 15th), two bicycles, a cot, a high chair, a welcome basket, and a ropes course. The seaside beach near Sasino has a wild character and even in summer there are few tourists here, which ensures peace and quiet.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Non smoking accommodation. not suitable for people with reduced mobility. The approach is via an unpaved road.
