Tiny Home 'Lotte & Frieda' with Private Terrace

This functional, modern tiny home in Bavarian Riedenburg offers 32 m² of living space and accommodates up to 4 guests. There are 2 separate bedrooms—one with a double bed, one with 2 single beds—as well as a bathroom with shower and a separate WC. The cozy living area features a corner sofa, satellite TV, dining area, and a well-equipped kitchen with coffee maker, kettle, toaster, stovetop, oven, and fridge-freezer, also suitable for BARF pet food.



Enjoy the private, uncovered terrace with comfortable garden furniture for relaxing in the sun and fresh air.



A shared parking space is available on the property.



You may bring up to 2 dogs, but please do not allow them on beds or the sofa.



Events are not permitted on the property.



The tiny home is located on a former campsite in the spa town of Riedenburg, also known as the “Pearl of the Altmühltal.” Its picturesque setting in the Altmühltal Nature Park is perfect for relaxation, leisure, and activities with your dogs.



Final cleaning is included, but guests are required to carry out basic cleaning before departure (including taking out the trash).



Bed linen and towels can be provided upon request for an extra fee—please indicate this when booking through the platform.



Pets stay free of charge (but please keep them off beds and the sofa—if not, an additional cleaning fee will apply).



Smoking is not allowed inside the house.



A dog fence is available for an extra fee and deposit if needed.



Note: We believe our home is most suitable for 2 adults and 2 smaller children. It is too small for 4 adults.
