Spacious and bright maisonette apartment with 120 sqm of living space, quietly situated in our guesthouse on Rosenstraße.
The living and dining area on the first floor offers about 50 sqm, complemented by a storage room and a bathroom with shower and toilet. An open, bright wooden staircase leads you to four bedrooms with a total of about 70 sqm. The bedrooms are furnished with single beds for up to 10 guests. The apartment is quietly located in the guesthouse and offers a wonderful view of the greenery.
This accommodation is ideal for families or groups looking for a spacious and comfortable place to stay. Shops, restaurants, and cafés are within a few minutes’ walk. Bed linen and towels are available on request for an extra charge. Pets are not allowed. Parking is available nearby.
