The accommodation
Spanning two floors and around 80 m², you can expect a unique combination of history, modern architecture, and exclusive interiors. The stylish vacation apartment in the historic tower impresses with plenty of light, high-quality materials, and a unique floor plan.

Three balconies offer different uses:
1. Balcony by the kitchen: ideal for morning coffee with a view over the city
2. Balcony by the living area: perfect for a glass of wine or dinner outdoors
3. Balcony by the sleeping area: start the day with a fantastic view over Worms

The tower is in a quiet but central location—close to the cathedral, the Rhine, and the city center.
The train station is just a few minutes away, as are restaurants, cafés, and shopping facilities.
The location is perfect for cultural experiences, sporting activities, or relaxing walks and offers an ideal starting point for city breaks, business trips, or a special short vacation.

Security:
For your safety, surveillance cameras are installed in the entrance area and on the floors in front of the elevator. There are no cameras in the apartment itself.

In the evening, controllable outdoor lighting and a cozy interior create a welcoming atmosphere.
Access for guests
The apartment is accessible via the tower's foyer. After entering the foyer, please turn left and take the elevator to the second floor. Guests have access to the foyer and the vacation apartment on the second floor.
Further important information
The apartment is located in the unique historic water tower, which has been restored with great attention to detail. The building was carefully renovated by a friend who is an architect and co-owner, together with his friends, in order to preserve its historic charm and bring these special apartments to life.

We ask all guests to:
- treat the apartment and the building with respect,
- only use the elevator to access the apartment,
- refrain from hosting parties or large gatherings,
- observe quiet hours after 10 p.m.,
- not to bring any additional guests who have not made a reservation,
- to always close the front door in the foyer to prevent unauthorized access, as the building is of great historical and tourist interest,
- the front door in the foyer must be locked after 9 p.m.
