The well-thought-out layout creates private spaces for everyone—whether you’re enjoying some time together as a couple or exploring the Harz Mountains with family and friends.

As soon as you step into the apartment, you’ll feel the house’s history, which spans over 200 years. At the same time, you’ll want for nothing: a fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook, and the bright living area invites you to relax.

And if you’re traveling with your dog: even four-legged friends can enjoy the freedom of the surrounding nature. The house stands on a property larger than 3,500 m², more than half of which is open lawn. This gives you plenty of space to play with your dog or let the kids run around, play soccer, or enjoy other outdoor activities.
