Caravan 'Le Convivial Cottage' with Shared Pool, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

Located in Saint-Martial-de-Nabirat, in the heart of the Périgord Noir, this 48 m² cottage in a family-friendly 3-star campsite welcomes up to 8 guests. You will find 2 bedrooms with double beds, 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds, and a living room equipped with a sofa bed for 1 to 2 people. The private, fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, electric coffee maker, and all necessary dishes. During your stay, you benefit from Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a TV, and a private covered terrace with a table and garden chairs.



Enjoy the shared heated outdoor pool with slide, open from mid-June to mid-September. The campsite offers 3 fishing ponds with free access, stocked with carp, roach, and tench, ideal for both beginners and experienced anglers. You will also find a snack bar (pizzas, paninis, sharing platters), sports activities (football, volleyball, table tennis, table football, pétanque tournaments), and themed evenings in July and August.



Parking is available on site. Up to 2 pets are allowed. Parties are not permitted.



Check-in is from 3 p.m. and check-out before 10 a.m. All accommodations are non-smoking. Pillows and duvets are provided; bed linen and towels can be rented. End-of-stay cleaning must be done by you or is available for an extra fee. You are ideally located near exceptional sites: Domme and its views over the Dordogne, the medieval castle of Beynac, the village of La Roque-Gageac, and Sarlat-la-Canéda just 15 km away.
