Three parking spaces are available at the house, along with a storage room for bicycles. The apartment is non-smoking, and events are not permitted.



Right outside the house, you will find cross-country ski trails, winter hiking paths, walking and cycling routes, and mountain bike tracks. Attractions like the Klausenhof museum and the Panorama Trail are within easy reach. The Herrischried leisure center with ice rink, swimming pool, and ski lift is 15 minutes away. You can reach Schluchsee, Titisee (Badeparadies), St. Blasien, and Waldshut-Tiengen in 30 minutes; Todtnau (Black Forest Line) and the Feldberg ski area in 40 minutes. Basel, Freiburg, and Alsace are all within an hour’s drive.
