The Space:

The building is accessible by elevator, and safety is ensured by smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. A desk is also available, making remote work or studying easy.



The living area is equipped with a 160 cm wide double bed and a sofa bed for two, allowing for comfortable accommodation. One parking space is provided in the garage. The kitchenette allows for meal preparation thanks to an electric stove, a steam extractor, a refrigerator with a freezer, a microwave, an electric kettle, and a dining table. The bathroom has a shower and a hairdryer.



The studio features two satellite TVs: one in the main room (forty inches) and the other in the separate bedroom (thirty-two inches). Wi-Fi and air conditioning are also provided.
