The Space:

This modern and cozy studio, with an area of 27 m², is designed for the comfort of two guests, making it ideal for a couple. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a new, elegant building and stands out with its bright color scheme, Scandinavian style, and functional solutions that create a pleasant, homely atmosphere from the very first moment.



The heart of the studio is the spacious living area with a kitchenette, decorated in shades of white, black, gray, and wood, complemented by stylish accents that catch the eye. A comfortable, large double bed ensures a restful stay for two people, while a pull-out mattress 80 cm wide provides an additional sleeping space for a child. Guests also have access to a 40-inch TV with internet streaming, perfect for relaxation and entertainment after a day of sightseeing. From the studio, you can step out into a private, spacious garden with a terrace, ideal for enjoying some fresh-air relaxation. An additional convenience is air conditioning with a heating function, which ensures thermal comfort at any time of the year.
