Stunning Dalmatian Villa with Pool for 10

Wrapped in greenery just outside Split, Villa Florinda is designed for guests who prefer a slower rhythm, refined comfort, and the quiet luxury of privacy. Newly built and fully air-conditioned, the villa rests on a fenced 800 m² Mediterranean plot and welcomes up to 10 guests in an atmosphere that feels calm, elegant, and unhurried.

Inside, the mood is soft and contemporary. You’ll find 4 cozy air-conditioned double bedrooms, two en-suite bathrooms and 2 additional shared bathrooms that ensure effortless comfort for shared stays. The open living space is light and understated, flowing toward the terrace with a TV, PS4, and a discreet sofa bed for two. The fully equipped kitchen is tailored for slow breakfasts, fresh lunches, and unplanned dinners that stretch late into the evening.

Outdoors, days unfold around the private pool, edged with loungers, shaded seating, and an outdoor shower. The covered terrace with barbecue and dining table is made for long conversations, good wine, and music humming quietly in the background. A private gym, garden, play area, and table tennis add gentle balance to relaxed days.

The location keeps everything comfortably close without disturbing the peace. Omiš and the flowing Cetina River are just 15 minutes away, while the beaches of Strožanac lie within an easy 9 km drive.
