The "Strandpromenade" holiday flat is located on the 3rd floor of the "Atlantic" beach villa. The Binz beach promenade and the beautiful beach are right on the doorstep. Here you can (seasonally) use your own beach chair free of charge for the entire duration of your stay. Two hire bikes are also included.
The south-facing balcony, from which you can enjoy the sun from midday, offers a beautiful view over the rooftops of Binz.

The cosily furnished holiday flat is flooded with light and has a living room with sofa bed and dining area, flat-screen TV, cable TV, free WiFi and a separate bedroom with box-spring bed and flat-screen TV. There is a safe in the wardrobe in the hallway.
Adjacent to the living room is a very well-equipped kitchenette (dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine with milk frother + additional coffee machine, toaster, kettle, high-quality porcelain, complete coffee and tea service, etc.).
In addition, the flat has a shower room with bidet, hairdryer, make-up mirror and a beautiful south-facing balcony (table, chairs and parasol) and much more.

The holiday flat "Strandpromenade" is ideal for 2 people and was again certified with 4 stars by the German Tourism Association in 2023. Extra beds are available by prior arrangement.
The holiday price includes all utilities (heating, water and electricity) and the beach chair on the beach (from May to September). The holiday price also includes final cleaning, bed linen and a towel package (one bath towel and two towels per person), a shower mat and a tea towel for a total of two people.
The holiday flat has a baby cot with separate mattress and a height-adjustable high chair. This equipment can be booked free of charge if required.
The house is also ideally suited for longer stays with a car and bicycle parking space at the house, and the house also has a reception where you will be warmly welcomed and will be happy to help you with any questions you may have.
Dogs are welcome on request (please bring your own dog basket and dog blanket).

The wide white beach stretches for kilometres along the bay and makes Binz an absolute bathing paradise. Binz's spa architecture shines in all its splendour here. The pier, the spa square and the centre with its many cosy street cafés, restaurants and shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity. The train station is also just a few minutes' walk away (approx. 500 metres).

The centre of Binz with its numerous shops invites you to go shopping or visit a café. Numerous restaurants await you in the evening.
