Situated in a central, detached family home, our 90m² ground floor flat in a semi-detached house offers the perfect basis for pure relaxation. Situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, this is the ideal retreat for your well-earned break.
Inside the flat you will find a modern island kitchen that flows seamlessly into a spacious living room, furnished with great care and quality. The generous south, east and west-facing windows ensure that the room is always flooded with light and offers you enchanting views of the greenery. A separate bedroom and a bathroom offer enough space for up to four holidaymakers, while the living room can be converted into a further sleeping area if required. With its modern furnishings and thoughtful decor, a relaxing stay is guaranteed.
The extensive outdoor area of around five thousand square metres invites you to play, relax and linger. The garden and the south-facing terrace are at your complete disposal, from where you can enjoy the view of paddocks and the evening twilight. The direct proximity to nature promises sightings of deer, hares and foxes with a bit of luck. Dog owners will be delighted to hear that four-legged friends (dogs only) are also very welcome here.
