Welcome to the Schneider family's holiday flat 1 - your spacious accommodation in Görlitz for relaxing days with family, friends or as a couple.
The flat is located on the upper floor of a well-kept house in a quiet, leafy side street in the south of Görlitz. With a living space of around 100 square metres, it offers plenty of room for up to four people and is ideal for families, couples or small travel groups who value comfort, peace and quiet and reliable facilities. The location combines relaxation with practical proximity to the city: Görlitz's historic old town, charming cafés and Lake Berzdorf are all within easy reach - on foot, by bike or by car.
The flat is furnished to a high standard and suitable for everyday use. Two separate bedrooms each offer a large double bed measuring 180 × 200 cm as well as plenty of storage space for clothes and luggage. The beds are freshly made on arrival and bed linen is included. The living area is spacious and invites you to relax with a large corner sofa and a flat-screen TV. From here you have direct access to the partly covered terrace with garden furniture and a view of the greenery - a quiet place for breakfast in the morning sun or a glass of wine in the evening.
The kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything you need for self-catering. This includes a hob with oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and plenty of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. Even longer stays can be easily organised here. The bathroom has a shower, bathtub, WC and a washing machine for free use - for the comfort of home.
The flat is pet-free and non-smoking. Smoking is only permitted on the balcony. This regulation makes the flat particularly suitable for allergy sufferers and guests who value a pleasant living environment.
A free parking space for one car is available directly on the property. There is also a public car park directly in front of the house. Please note that the parking and charging of e-bikes, e-scooters or other electrically powered vehicles is not permitted on the premises for safety reasons. Larger special bikes such as tandems or recumbent bikes cannot be accommodated due to lack of space. We ask you to register bicycles in advance if required or at the latest before arrival.
