Flat "Sun Towers B42" in Świnoujście is an elegant flat in a building from 2022. The location of the flat is also unique: it is located in the immediate vicinity of the promenade (approx. 500 m) and next to a park with a well-equipped playground for children. There are also famous shops, bars, cafés and restaurants nearby where you can drink aromatic coffee or taste local specialities as well as buy beautiful amber souvenirs.
It is flat with very spacious bedroom, living room with well-equipped kitchenette, dining area and modern bathroom with total area of 35 m2, as well as a balcony, which is perfect extension of usable area. Very comfortable double bed in the bedroom and sofa with sleeping function in the living area ensure restful sleep.
