The house is located in the holiday village Eckwarderhörne in the immediate vicinity of the dyke, the ferry dock (including passenger/bike ferry to Wilhelmshaven) and a 50,000 m2 inland lake belonging to the holiday village (with an approx. 500 m2 sandy lawn directly on the inland lake, swimming pontoon and jetties). The Eckwarderhörne lido with its beach hall, lighthouse, ferry landing stage and starting point for guided mudflat walks is around 800 m away. The holiday village is idyllically situated away from the traffic and has the "To'n Spieker" dyke inn, bicycle hire, children's playground and a 1000 m2 play area with beach volleyball court, badminton court, basketball hoop, outdoor table tennis table, sandpit and swings.
Electricity, gas, final cleaning and water consumption included
Visitor's tax/guest card according to valid statutes
Exempt are: Severely disabled persons (and 1 accompanying person) with 80% degree of disability as well as the 3rd and each additional child of a family, provided that the guest contribution is paid for the 1st and 2nd child.
-Extras/Options: Can only be requested by the tenant in writing directly after the booking confirmation (at the latest 4 weeks before arrival) and will receive a binding answer after availability check---all payable on arrival on site:
