The completely modernised house is situated in an attractive location on the heights of the Rhine, in Bacharach, in the Medenscheid district, in the UNESCO World Heritage Middle Rhine Valley.
This holiday flat with upscale, modern furnishings and 55m² of living space is ideal for 2 people. There is a bedroom with a double bed and the sofa bed in the living room can optionally sleep up to 2 more people. The modern fitted kitchen is fully equipped and there is also a dining area. The daylight bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower. There is a sofa set and an HD TV in the living room. WLAN is available free of charge in the flat and on the property.
The flat has 2 terraces with garden furniture, one on the east side with a view of the Rhine and one on the west side, on a quiet local road. 1000m² of well-kept grounds with sunbathing lawn and barbecue facilities belong to the house. Enjoy the peace and quiet and the unique view of the Rhine, over the Rhine valley with the calmly flowing, mighty river and over the hills of the Taunus and Soonwald.
The surrounding area invites you to take long walks or hikes. The Rheinburgen long-distance hiking trail on the left bank of the Rhine runs right past the house. The small, dreamy towns to the left and right of the Rhine are waiting to be discovered by you. Bacharach, St. Goar with the imposing and legendary Loreley rock, Oberwesel, Rüdesheim, Assmannshausen and Lorch are only a few kilometres away. Vineyards as far as the eye can see. Sample the world-famous Middle Rhine wine in one of the many wine taverns or directly in the estate bar.
