We offer brand new flats from 2022 in the new investment "MAZOWIECKA-PARK" in Kolobrzeg, on the 2nd floor with a large lift. Residential area of 48m2. Distance to the beach about 2 km. Private parking. For children a very large, modern and certified playground with sandpits, swings, trampolines, tunnels, floor of soft, flexible material.
The flat with modern design and equipment has:
- 1 bedroom with a double bed 160 x 2,00 m. In the bedroom 47" TV, linen wardrobe, access to the balcony, bed linen provided.
- Living room with double sofa bed, 55" TV, WiFi, coffee table, cupboards. Exit to balcony.
- Kitchenette and dining area with table and 4 chairs (dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, induction hob, coffee machine, toaster, crockery, glasses, cutlery and other kitchen utensils). Washing machine in the flat.
- Bathroom with shower, toilet, sink, 2 towels for each person.
- Large wardrobe.
- Balcony with balcony furniture, south-east side.
SMALL DOGS up to 10 kg allowed.
There is a restaurant in the building for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Gym, grocery shop Żabka approx. 100 m. Supermarket Lidl 400 m. Medical centre approx. 300 m. More restaurants in the centre of Kolobrzeg approx. 1000 m.
Private parking on the premises, free of charge.
WiFi is available on the premises. However, due to radio interference from the nearby radar, WiFi signal reception is limited. The connection can be obtained practically only on modern mobile phones with the 5G network existing in Poland.
