The bathroom with shower and washing machine as well as a fully equipped kitchen fulfil all needs and desires for comfort and culinary pleasure. Partial air conditioning and two fans ensure a pleasant temperature and provide refreshment even on hot days.
The outdoor area of our house presents itself with a 1000 m² fenced garden, which offers space for relaxation and fun and games - ideal for families with children or guests with pets. The terrace is the perfect place for cosy barbecues, while the garden furniture provided will sweeten sunny days outdoors. Another convenience is the private car park directly in front of the house.
