Quiet residential street (one-way street) 15 minutes walk from the beach (Kurstrand, promenade) 13 minutes walk from the harbour promenade (shopping, restaurants, cafés on the Trave etc.) There is also a nudist beach on the Priwal (opposite the Trave) and on the Brodtener Ufer. Water sports facilities, golf course nearby. 45 minutes by car to Hamburg, 15 minutes by car to Lübeck.

Location: 15 minutes walk from the beach, 13 minutes walk from the harbour, 10 minutes walk from the train station, bus stop in the immediate vicinity, library in the building.

Tourist tax is not included in the rental price.
For bookings from October 2022, an energy and heating surcharge is payable and, like the tourist tax, must be transferred directly to the landlord. All other additional costs are included.
