This modern three-bedroom flat is located 1.65 km from the sea. It has a fully equipped kitchen with gas/electric hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, kettle and dishwasher. The living room has a sofa, dining table, satellite TV, WiFi and air conditioning. The bedrooms have double beds and one of the bedrooms has a sea view and access to the terrace. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and bidet. Outside, you can relax on the 24 m2 terrace with sea and garden views. There is also a shared barbecue area on the ground floor in the courtyard. Bed linen and towels are provided and the owner also offers a laundry service for guests. A baby cot is available on request. A private car park is available in the courtyard. One dog is allowed in our flats without additional charge. Please let us know in advance if you are travelling with your pet - we will give you and your four-legged friend a warm welcome. The owner lives in the same house and is there for you if you need anything!
