A large, very sunny terrace allows guests to relax and enjoy the sun in peace and quiet.
The villages in the valley are home to historic churches, museums and other cultural attractions that allow visitors to immerse themselves in local history.
The Lavizzara Valley is surrounded by some of the most majestic peaks in the Ticino Alps, the highest, Pizzo Campo Tencia, reaches 3071 metres.
The valley is surrounded by majestic mountains that create a spectacular and impressive environment.
There are numerous hiking trails through the valley, offering opportunities to explore unspoilt nature and enjoy panoramic views.
Lake Tomeo is one of the most beautiful and enchanting alpine lakes in the Lavizzara Valley. Situated at an altitude of 1692 metres, the lake is surrounded by imposing rock faces and offers breathtaking views. The path to the lake has an altitude difference of about 1036 metres and the walk takes about 2 hours and 30 minutes.
The Maggia River flows through the valley, creating enchanting places where crystal-clear water flows between the rocks.
The alpine pastures of the Lavizzara Valley are an excellent choice for those seeking an authentic experience of alpine life and to immerse themselves in nature and local culture. Many alpine pastures produce local cheeses that you can taste directly on site.
