The holiday flat is one of two flats in a detached house near the centre of Aachen. The flat has good transport connections and is in a quiet location in the immediate vicinity of extensive recreational areas. The host lives in the other flat in the house.
The holiday flat has a large outdoor area with lawn, garden and park. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture and parasol. There is the possibility to barbecue - a charcoal grill is at the disposal of our guests. The property is fenced and therefore also suitable for children.
The ground floor, 95 m² in size, consists of the following rooms: A living room with, flat screen TV and sofa bed; a bedroom with double bed; in further bedroom with two single beds; a fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, fridge with freezer compartment and dining area; a bathroom with shower and toilet. All necessary items for daily use such as bed linen, bath and hand towels, toilet paper and hand soap are provided.
The city centre of Aachen is 5 km away, the CHIO Soers equestrian stadium about 3 km. There are extensive nature reserves in the immediate vicinity where you can go hiking, jogging or cycling. The border triangle Germany/Netherlands/Belgium is about 6 km away, the Eifel and the Ardennes less than 45 km.
Free parking spaces for two vehicles and space in the garage for bicycles are available to our guests free of charge. Please note that the short side of the house faces the road, with the entrance to the holiday flat on the left-hand side of the house.
