Beautiful holiday home in wooden logs. Ground floor: large living/dining room with fireplace, large red cuddly sofa, cosy corner seating area, fully equipped comfortable kitchen. Bathroom with shower/WC, sauna Utility room with WAMA, tumble dryer. Fully fenced property with terrace and small garden. Upper floor: 3 bedrooms (2 with balcony) for a total of 6 people, bathroom with shower/WC. From the house it is only 300 m to the ski slope, 250 m to the village centre with shopping facilities and only a few metres to the hiking trails. The house is situated in a quiet hillside location with marvellous mountain views; hiking and culture, sport and relaxation are very important here. Moosham Castle is a World Heritage Site. The Aineck Katschberg ski area is in the immediate vicinity. In winter you can enjoy marvellous snow hikes, ski excursions and horse-drawn sleigh rides. Cross-country ski trails are also in the immediate vicinity. In summer, the most beautiful hiking trails and sports such as cycling, paragliding, white-water rafting etc. beckon. The houses combine both the ambience of a hut and the comfort of an upmarket holiday home.
The golf course is only about 2 km away. The 18-hole St. Michael/Katschberg golf course borders directly on St. Margarethen. Harmoniously embedded in the landscape with ponds, wetlands and meadows, it makes every golfer's heart beat faster. With its flat fairways at high altitude and natural obstacles, it is already regarded by connoisseurs and golf enthusiasts as one of the most beautiful golf courses in the country.
