In a small, quiet village, magnificent new 40m2 accommodation on the garden level of a large, independent house. It comprises an enclosed bedroom with a sea view, a shower room, a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living room and a 12 m2 terrace with table, chairs, deckchairs, barbecue, pergola and parasol. Wi-Fi is also available!
You will be sharing the swimming pool (a sufficiently spacious 9x4 m) with another dwelling, while respecting the peace and quiet of the area.
The flat is very quiet, surrounded by maquis, and its shaded terrace is very pleasant: the view of the sea and Capu Di Muro is magnificent, especially at sunset.
You'll have the flat to yourself, as well as the courtyard surrounding the terrace.
The village of Acqua Doria is particularly popular with travellers, with two restaurants and a local grocery shop. The flat is ideally situated between the region's most beautiful beaches: Cupabia (25 mins), Cala d'Orzu (11 mins), Portigliolo (11 mins) and Mare e Sole (17 mins). The seaside resort of Porticcio is around 30 minutes from the house. Here you'll find water sports, restaurants, bars and a disco.
Ajaccio and Propriano are 45 minutes away, Porticcio and Port-Pollo 30 minutes.
Bed linen and towels are provided for the 2-person room. A supplement will be charged for sheets for the sofa bed and bathroom linen. Tea towels and bath mats are provided free of charge.
For a stay of a week or more, you will receive a 10% discount on the total price.
