In the cosy bedroom, you can lie comfortably on a double bed made of solid larch with 7-way adjustable slatted frames on multi-zone mattresses under cosy down duvets. As in the entire house, ceiling heaters are also installed here, which emit heat evenly and pleasantly. All 5 windows of the flat are fitted with sun-yellow roller blinds to provide privacy, the parquet flooring makes the rooms pleasant to walk on and at the same time easy to clean, as does the friendly, bright and generously proportioned wet area, and right next to the apartment complex you will find the Mainkai promenade for strolling and sunbathing, as well as a well-run international restaurant with sun terraces, lounge and vaulted cellar. Just 80 metres above, on the market square, there are several restaurants ranging from Chinese and Greek to one of the best Franconian brewery pubs, the Bräustüble.
