Quiet, cosily furnished superior studio with double bed on the upper floor of the Hofstallung with a total of 6 flats and the feed room.
In the cosy bedroom, you can lie comfortably on a solid box-spring double bed under cosy down duvets; in the evening you can enjoy the heavenly peace and quiet in the idyllic courtyard. As in the entire house, underfloor heating is also installed here, which emits heat evenly and pleasantly. The windows and door to the inner courtyard are stylishly screened by sun-yellow blinds, while the parquet flooring makes the rooms pleasant to walk on and easy to clean, as do the bright and friendly wet area and the spacious wardrobe room with desk and seating area.
Right next to the apartment complex you will find the Mainkai promenade for strolling and sunbathing, as well as a well-run international restaurant with sun terraces, lounge and vaulted cellar. Just 80 metres above, on the market square, there are several restaurants ranging from Chinese and Greek to one of the best Franconian brewery pubs, the Bräustüble. You will also find bakers, butchers and all other shops for your daily needs within walking distance of the market square.
